Order Processing
For standard orders, our processing time is currently 3-5 business days after your order is placed and payment is received. For pre-orders please allow an additional 2-4 weeks depending on what items you re pre-ordering. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and or DM (via instagram) proof with your tracking information and a live link for all your tracking concerns.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, California.
Shipping transit time is typically 2 - 5 business days. Shipping may vary by the mail carrier.
Please note the Simonette LA is NOT responsible for orders shipping to incorrect address due to customer error.
As we are unable to update the shipping address after an order has been shipped out. Please double-check your shipping address information.
If you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order please contact us via Instagram @shopsimonette to resolve the issue.
Simonette LA is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages. We are also unable to replace packages damaged by the carrier.
Refund policy
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL*
Returns/Exchanges will ONLY be honored if you received the item DAMAGED. Please contact us via Instagram @shopsimonette within 3 days of receiving item & sending photo/video of damage.
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet any of the above requirements.

11am - 5:30pm
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a message via email with instructions on how to pick up your order. You will have 7 days to pick up your order after pickup confirmation has been sent.
